IVCA CATEGORY III council has been formed to create a formal forum for discussion of common issues for Hedge funds and other leveraged investment products. The council is actively engaged with the Ministry of Finance/RBI/SEBI on issues related to tax, additional buffers regarding risk management and compliance and the improvement of the investment climate for CAT III funds. Real Estate & Infra
Our Real Estate Council identify reforms needed which will enable the healthy functioning of the real estate and infrastructure private equity asset classes in India. It provide a platform for senior real estate and infrastructure professionals to meet & provides guidance on the preparation of IVCA representations to various Government and regulatory bodies. The goal of the Credit Council is to promote an enabling regulatory environment for the credit asset class to create a favourable investment environment.The Council will identify impediments if any which inhibit the growth of the asset class & help bring about the needed reforms. Know More
Venture Capital
This council engages with Venture Capital Firms, identifies regulatory & fund raising issues of Angels and Start-ups & provides judicious recommendations. Know More
Limited Partnership
Create a formal forum for large influential LP’s to discuss common issues & creates value for our GP members by designing a template of standardized terms for GP’s operating in India on key terms. It oftens conduct a GP training session discussing success factors of other global funds and laying out clear criteria for funds. Know More
